🚚 Shipping Policy – KidsEssentials.pk

At KidsEssentials.pk, we deliver your baby’s essentials safely and quickly across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2 – 4 working days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 – 7 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or seasonal load.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 190 applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

  • We currently do not offer free shipping.

🏷 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.

📦 Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive your tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

  • Orders can be tracked on our courier partner’s tracking portal.

🚫 Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is refused or not received, future orders may require advance payment.

🌍 Shipping Availability

  • We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.
