How can I place an order on KidsEssentials.pk?
You can place your order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and completing checkout. You can also contact our support team on WhatsApp if you need help before placing your order.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order has not been dispatched yet, you may contact us on WhatsApp and our team will try to help you with changes. Once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Will I receive order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order, you will receive order confirmation through the available contact details provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we currently deliver within Pakistan through our courier partners. International shipping is not available at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
Major cities usually receive orders within 2–4 working days. Other cities and remote areas may take around 3–7 working days depending on courier service availability and location.
Can I get same-day delivery in Lahore?
Same-day rider delivery may be possible in Lahore. For this option, the order should be placed before 2:30 PM and the customer has to book the rider from their side. Our warehouse remains closed on Sundays, so rider pickup is not available on Sundays.
Can delivery be delayed?
Yes, delivery may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, road blockages, strikes, seasonal order load, city closures, or other situations beyond our control.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, tracking details may be shared through SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking number on the courier partner’s tracking portal.

KidsEssentials.pk focuses on newborn and infant products. Our clothing range is mainly for babies from newborn up to 18 months.
Do you sell toddler clothing?
No, our clothing focus is newborn and infant sizes only, from 0–18 months. We do not focus on toddler clothing beyond this age range.
How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Baby sizing can vary depending on baby’s weight, height, and product style. We recommend checking the size details on the product page or contacting us on WhatsApp for guidance before ordering.
Are your products suitable for newborn babies?
Many of our products are selected especially for newborn and infant needs. Please check the product description and size details before ordering, or contact us if you need help choosing newborn essentials.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Returns may be accepted if the product is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and sent back with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Please contact our support team before sending anything back.
Can I exchange size or color?
Yes, size or color exchange may be possible, subject to availability. Please contact our team as soon as possible with your order details.
How long does refund processing take?
Once we receive the returned parcel and our team inspects the product, refund processing may take up to 2 business days after approval.
Are all baby products returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, some baby products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened or used. Our support team will confirm eligibility when you request a return or exchange.
