Shipping Policy
At Kids Essentials.pk, we carefully pack and deliver your baby’s essentials safely across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
24-Hour Processing
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Across Pakistan
We currently deliver within Pakistan through our courier partners.
COD Available
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive your tracking details through SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Lahore Same-Day Rider Delivery
For customers in Lahore, same-day delivery may be possible through a local rider service.
To use this option, the customer must place the order before 2:30 PM and book the rider from their side. Our team will prepare the parcel for pickup from our warehouse.
Please note that rider delivery depends on order confirmation, product availability, warehouse timing, and rider pickup availability.
Our warehouse remains closed on Sundays, so same-day rider pickup is not available on Sundays.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time may vary depending on your city, courier route, and order load.
Major Cities
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other major cities usually receive orders within 2–4 working days.
Other Cities & Remote Areas
Other cities and remote areas may take around 3–7 working days depending on courier service availability.
Possible Delivery Delays
While we always try our best to dispatch and deliver orders on time, delivery may be affected due to courier delays, seasonal order load, weather conditions, public holidays, road blockages, strikes, city closures, or other situations beyond our control.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan. Please make sure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the parcel at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to check your order status through our courier partner’s tracking portal.
Undelivered or Refused Orders
If an order is refused, not received, or returned due to incorrect address or unavailable customer, future orders may require advance payment before dispatch.
Please provide complete and correct delivery details, including house number, street, area, city, and active contact number.
Shipping Availability
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at the moment.
