We want every parent to shop with confidence. If something is not right, our team is here to help you with an easy return or exchange process.
Unused Products
Return or exchange is only available for products that are unused and unwashed.
Size & Color Exchange
You can request an exchange for size or color, subject to availability.
2 Business Days
Refund processing takes up to 2 business days after we receive and inspect the parcel.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if the product is unused, unwashed, in original condition, and sent back with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Products that have been used, washed, damaged, or are not in original condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange for size or color changes. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or color is not available, our support team will guide you with the best possible alternative.
Return & Refund Process
To request a refund, the customer is required to send the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the returned shipment, our team will inspect the product to confirm that it is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
After inspection is completed and the return is approved, the refund process will be initiated. Refund processing may take up to 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned shipment.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by KidsEssentials.pk, such as receiving a wrong product, wrong size, or damaged item.
Please pack the product safely before sending it back. KidsEssentials.pk will not be responsible for products damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some baby products may not be eligible for return or exchange once opened or used. These may include hygiene-related items, feeding products, skincare products, and other personal-use baby essentials.
Our support team will confirm eligibility when you request a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us on WhatsApp with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear pictures or video of the product, if required

Returns and exchanges will only be processed after approval from our support team. Please do not send any product back without contacting us first.
