Refund policy

🔄 Return & Refund Policy – KidsEssentials.pk

At KidsEssentials.pk, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a simple 10-day return and exchange policy.

📦 Returns

  • You may return a product within 10 days of receiving it.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

🔄 Exchanges (Door-to-Door Service)

  • We offer door-to-door exchanges within 10 days of receiving the product.

  • If you ordered the wrong size, color, or design, we will exchange it for the correct one (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchange service charges (if applicable) will be communicated before processing.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit within 7 working days of approval.

  • Shipping charges (PKR 190) are non-refundable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Feeders, bottles, pacifiers, and teethers

  • Skincare, oils, creams, and toiletries

  • Undergarments & inner wear
